Coordinating Project Manager

We are seeking an autonomous Project Manager to independently own the delivery of multiple concurrent product and project workstreams, spanning platform management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

While a long resume might seem like a good idea, we care more about how you think. Operating at the cross-section of project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and business analysis, this position requires an active, hands-on contributor with strong agency.

A dynamic problem-solver would enjoy this role a lot. Daily work requires rapidly mastering a new domain, understanding granular requirements and transitioning into tactical execution, while adopting fluidly to ever-changing requirements.

Candidates must be able to work in Abu Dhabi five days a week. The role is on a federal government engagement requiring successful completion of a mandatory security clearance process done by the client themself.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Workstream Management: Take full ownership of assigned client-facing platforms and integration projects from requirements through to final execution.
• Proactive Closure: Independently drive deliverables, change requests, and client sign-offs to completion with minimal oversight required.
• Cross-Functional Syncing: Keep internal engineering, design, and QA teams aligned with external vendors so parallel workstreams never stall.
• Rigorous Quality Control: Review and audit project outputs across environments with the depth required to catch defects before they ever reach a client.
• Polished Client Communication: Serve as a reliable, polished interface between internal teams and clients, communicating updates and requirements clearly and appropriately.

• Composure Under Pressure: The mental flexibility to problem-solve on the fly when technical or client requirements shift unexpectedly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in project or product coordination within a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Comfort: Familiarity with Jira and computer systems architecture concepts, you don’t need to code, but you must understand the environment you are testing well.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English; Arabic is a strong plus.
